I ended up talking to three different people, all saying they were based in Liverpool and kept mentioning local accidents, which honestly made me more trusting. But after wasting half an hour on the phone with them, I reckon I was fed some fibs. I’d like to find out more about who these people really are so I can send them a complaint letter.
