Just had a call from a woman speaking with an Indian accent saying she was ringing from Curry's. She was pushing an unlimited deal with calls, data and a 512GB iPhone 13 Pro for £30 a month on a two year contract. Not sure how she got hold of my number so I’m currently trying to confirm with Curry’s if they actually make these kinds of calls.

I think I may have fallen for a scam! My call blocker flagged the number, advice I should've heeded. For some reason, I picked up. The chap on the line claimed to be from EE, but his strong Indian accent made me skeptical. Quite the dodgy situation!

Had a really hard time catching what he was saying, his Indian accent was quite strong. I think he mentioned something like EE Gas, though I'm not sure. Told him the connection was cutting out, then he just hung up. I’ve gone ahead and blocked the number now.
