Be cautious, everyone! If you happen to receive a call from 01497-843-007, it's likely a scammer on the other end. They just attempted to contact me, claiming there was an issue with my B.T. modem. Quite amusing really, considering I don’t even have a B.T. account! When I probed them about their reasoning for thinking I was a B.T. customer and requested to know who they were supposedly calling for, they simply cut the line. Quite the dodgy tactics! Stay vigilant!

Heads up, if you get a call from 01497-843-007, be careful, it’s definitely a scam. I just got a call saying there was an issue with my BT modem, which made no sense as I don’t even have BT. When I questioned them about why they assumed I was a BT customer and asked for the name of who they wanted to speak to, they just ended the call. Sounds dodgy to me, watch out!
