I received a call from someone who appeared to know my name and claimed to be with TalkTalk. He mentioned there was an issue with my router. When I challenged his legitimacy and insisted he wasn't representing TalkTalk, he blasted an obnoxious noise down the line and abruptly disconnected. How rude!
