I attempted to ring them back, only to be greeted by some terrible hold music. I’m left scratching my head-who on earth are these people? They claim to be reaching out on behalf of the other driver involved in an accident I had. To clarify, I did indeed have a bump, but the other party accepted responsibility, and everything has been sorted out already!
