Someone rang me up inquiring about whether my computer was functioning properly. When I probed for his identity, he claimed we’d had a conversation earlier, which was utterly unfounded. I firmly told him not to waste my time and to remove himself from my call. Then, rather worryingly, he insisted multiple times that he’d need to drop by my house, almost as if he was making some kind of threat.
