It took a bit before he started talking once I answered - gave away it was from some call centre straight away. He claimed to be from Microsoft about my PC (like I’d just wait for a random call about it?). I kept asking how he could carry on scamming folks like this, but he just wouldn’t hang up, kept jabbering on. So, I just kept telling him he was a scammer through the phone. After a while, he shut up and called me a rude name before hanging up. Felt good to throw him off! Definitely way too pushy. Have now blocked the number on my BT line. Watch out for this one!
