This number rang me on my mobile, but my landline is just for internet with no phone connected. The person on the other end asked for me by name and claimed they got my number because of some accident I supposedly was involved in. I told them they were basically trying to scam me since I had no clue what they were talking about. The guy got rude and aggressive, so I just told him to get lost. I've blocked the number now and reported it to Vodafone as well.
