I recently had a conversation with a chap claiming to be from Sky, who reached out regarding my broadband issues. Initially, he appeared rather pleasant, but his tone shifted quite dramatically when I mentioned that there was, in fact, nothing wrong with my connection. His frustration was palpable, prompting me to terminate the call altogether-it was clear he wasn't genuine and was likely trying to pull a fast one on me.

Got a voicemail from PlusNet (BT) saying I needed a new router and to press 1 if I wanted to respond. I rang PlusNet myself and they said it was just a scam, so best to just ignore the message.
