I recently picked up the phone only to hear a woman inquiring about my late father's pension. Sadly, he’s been gone for a decade. Ordinarily, I wouldn't have taken the call, but the number looked familiar as if it were local. It makes you wonder how these businesses can mask their true identity on caller ID. Surely, it can't be right for the government to stand by and let this sort of thing happen?
