This number called me saying they were from BT Open Reach, but the guy sounded Indian, not like a local Welsh person. He said there was an issue with my broadband, which I knew wasn’t true at all. I told him right away it was a scam, but he kept trying to convince me otherwise. I ended the call and when I tried calling the number back, it just wouldn’t connect!
