Got a call from a woman speaking with a thick Asian accent saying she was from the security team at my bank. She claimed my card had been charged on Amazon twice - once for £249 and another time for £999 - then asked me to press 1 to confirm or 2 to talk to an agent. I’m aware my bank doesn’t do calls like that at all. This isn’t the first time this year either; I got the same call before and checked with my bank's fraud department who told me straight away it was a scam. With it being such an obvious fraud attempt again, I consider it very risky.
