When I asked her to say who she was before anything else, she just ignored me at first. After a while, she said she was from M&S and had some good news for me. Beware of this number claiming to ring from AVIVA - it’s a total scam! They try to convince you they can lower your life insurance premiums. After that, they push you into buying a new policy and ask you to stop your AVIVA coverage. Just block them and don’t get caught out!
