I choose not to pick up the phone when this number rang. Since they didn’t bother to leave a voicemail, I’m guessing it was probably some kind of spam or nuisance call.

Got a call from someone claiming to be from BT Openreach saying that loads of people were using my IP to hack me and commit fraud - totally obvious scam. When I called them out and said they were scammers, they threatened to cut my internet off... well, it’s still working fine.

Picked up and the person started speaking in some Indian dialect, didn't understand a word and they just dropped the call.

I got a call from someone claiming to be with BT Openreach. Since we’re actually with Virgin Media, I just ended the call straight away.
