Got a call from someone sounding Asian, saying they were from BT and that my router needed an update because my line was poor. I thought, alright then, but asked them to send me a letter so I could see what was going on. As soon as I asked for that, the call just cut off. Watch out, they said the router could only be updated through my computer - that’s when it felt fishy.
