Got a call this morning from a guy saying he was part of some nuisance call blocking team - he was quite courteous to be fair. I mentioned I was already signed up with BT's TPS and use their 1572 line too. He insisted their service was superior, but I wasn’t convinced and tried to explain that. No luck changing his mind though, so I just quietly put the phone down and let him ramble away alone. Now that number is dumped straight into my 1572 spam folder!

My elderly folks keep getting calls from this number. My mum can't really hear well and never catches the name of the company on the call. Dad's unwell, and since I have power of attorney, I handle all their bills. Would be great if they just stopped ringing them, it's getting upsetting.
