I answered by accident and they never even said the company they were from. Some young bloke was on the line, you could just tell it was one of those dodgy boiler room places with loads of people chatting loudly in the background. He knew my name and kept going on about a replacement boiler supposedly covered by a 10-year warranty, trying to reel me in like a fish on a hook. Then the language got a bit colourful. So annoying!
