The guy on the phone was mumbly and I couldn’t make out a single word he said. He tried confirming the last few digits of my phone number, then went on about my contract coming up for renewal or something, saying the price would go down and asking if that was alright. Thing is, I’m not even with BT. His English was terrible and it was all just a load of nonsense to me. So, I just ended the call.
