Got a call the other day, no one spoke when I answered, but I noticed the handset was off the hook. I ended up overhearing part of their team meeting - the manager was clearly giving them a right earful about missing their goals. There was talk about big returns on investment and using emotional stuff like "don't you want to make the world better for your kids?" The bloke talking came across as a proper jerk.
