It wasn’t one of those foreign call centres but the bloke on the phone spoke awful and was really rude.

I picked up just coz it seemed like it was from nearby.

some bloke rang me saying he was from a pension review firm. he kept calling me ‘love’, which i found quite unprofessional. i told him straight up i wasn’t interested since i’m employed by a financial advisor. then he goes and calls me a ‘posh lady’! i ended it there, telling him he was a right little git and binned the call. they shouldn’t be ringing me out of the blue and definitely shouldn’t be throwing around stuff like ‘posh’ just because i said no thanks.
