I'm absolutely fed up with these annoying calls from this number. Every time I pick up, they hang up straight away, so I thought I’d ignore them for a bit. But lo and behold, they still insist on ringing me day after day! Eventually, I decided to call them back and made it clear that if they were going to call me, they’d better not hang up. Honestly, it’s as if they have nothing better to do than waste my time. Coming from someone who works in a call centre myself, it baffles me that anyone would still be in a job if they behaved that way!

I've been receiving calls on my mobile every single day from this number. Eventually, I decided to ring it back using a landline. The chap on the other end claimed to be from R A Legal and insisted he was reaching out about an accident I had the previous year. What struck me as odd was that he didn't have any specifics about the incident and kept badgering me to provide that information. I didn’t budge and refused to divulge anything. He then mentioned that to progress with the claim, I needed to take his call on my mobile instead of the landline. Quite the cheek, I must say!
