Received a couple of calls this Saturday at precisely 11:53 am. When I attempted to return the call, they hung up straight away. What a bunch of numpties! Can't believe the audacity!

Absolutely, I had a call from this numpty the other day. Why do they always feign interest by asking how I’m doing, as if they genuinely care? He droned on about some governmental initiative aimed at slashing electricity bills. Mentioned an article in the Bucks Free Press, of all things! Then he had the cheek to ask if I’d rather save on electricity or hot water. By this point, my scam radar was going haywire, and I was getting rather irked, particularly since I’m on the Telephone Preference Service list. After I ended that conversation, another chap rang back, presumably his superior. He claimed to be from MyPlanet. I suspect they’re merely attempting to peddle solar panels under the guise of some mythical new scheme for solar energy support. It’s hard to believe that the Government would dish out more grants given the current economic situation. I managed to shake him off as well, but it's quite frustrating, to say the least!
