I received a call from a woman who had a thick accent, claiming she was from the TPS, insisting she was in the process of updating my call-blocking system. She had my name, my address, and even my postcode down, but when she asked me to provide the expiry date on my credit card to ‘verify’ my identity, that raised an eyebrow. I flat out refused to give her any information about my card and promptly hung up. Honestly, I can't stand these dodgy scammers!
