Got a call earlier today from someone saying they were from Amazon. They paused just long enough to catch if I was a bloke or a lady before greeting me properly with "morning sir" or "morning ma'am". Bit sneaky if you ask me.

When I answered the phone, a lady just said "hello" but didn’t give any number or info before hanging up. It felt dodgy, like they were trying to slyly get info for some kind of scam later on. Definitely gave me a weird vibe.

They called me but hung up right as I was about to pick up. I'm convinced this was a dodgy call. Even though 01494 is supposed to be for High Wycombe, it somehow came up as coming from abroad!
