Got a call from someone saying they were with Virgin, but with all the scam calls going round, I asked if they knew my name since my provider always does. They couldn’t answer that at all. Instead, the person kept going on about internet problems and slow speeds. I kept pressing them to show proof they were legit, saying if they really were from Virgin, they’d know who I am. Eventually, the line just went dead, then they hung up. Been getting calls like this most mornings for the past three weeks now since New Year. Proper dodgy!
