Got a call from someone claiming to be BT, saying there was suspicious activity detected on our IP address. They warned that if we didn’t fix the issue, they’d cut off our phone and internet. The message asked me to press 1 to get through to their tech team. I thought it sounded dodgy straight away and just hung up.
