Got a call from someone claiming to be BT tech support saying there was some weird activity on my account and that they were about to cut off my service. I’ve had loads of calls like this before, and even with BT’s number blocking, they just keep coming. I’m guessing they change phone numbers all the time or something.

Somebody pretending to be from BT Customer Service called me about unusual activity on my internet and said they'd disconnect my service if I didn't do what they said. Just want to warn everyone that BT would never ring you up like this. Best to ignore their demands completely.
