Apparently, I’ve been in touch with the Great Yarmouth Borough Council regarding an office rental. I rang them again to clarify, and they did identify themselves as GYBC; however, they couldn’t locate any record of my call. Strangely enough, I’m not actually renting from the Council at all-I’m a tenant with Broadland Association. Quite baffling, really! I thought it worthwhile to share this in case others fall victim to a similar scam.
