No way, Amazon is meant to be local?! Got a call about an issue with my iPhone 7 order and asked if I could just pop in to fix it since they’re nearby. The caller, who sounded Asian, didn’t even notice the scam number matched my area code. It’s crazy how low they’ll go. I’m worried some poor local person might end up with bad marks on their phone log through no fault of their own - already happened to me once from a US number.
