Got a call from someone claiming to be BT, asking me to press 1 for BT or 2 for other companies. I pressed 1 and got handed over to an operator, but after about 20 seconds on hold, the call just dropped. Lately, I've been getting a lot of calls supposedly from BT, with dodgy excuses for ringing. Seems pretty sketchy to me.
