Does anyone know who’s been ringing from the number listed above? I pick up whenever they call, but the moment I say hello, they hang up without a word. It’s quite baffling, really!

This number has been ringing me non stop, always asking for some Harvey Scott. I’ve told them a few times they’ve got the wrong person but they just ignore it. I even asked them nicely to take me off their list, but no luck, still keeps happening. Not sure who they are or why they won’t stop.
