could barely make out most of the message except the bit at the end asking me to dial 1 to speak with a technician. total scam, so ive blocked the number straight away.

The only bit that was clear was at the end, saying something about pressing 1 to speak to a technician. Pretty sure it was just another scam, so I went ahead and blocked the number.
