At first, there was no answer, so I’m guessing it was one of those call centres. Later, a guy who said his name was Jason, sounded like he had an Indian accent and claimed he was from Openreach. He started asking questions about our phone and internet service. As soon as I told him I wasn’t interested in whatever he was trying to pitch, he just ended the call on me. Definitely one of those cold calls.

Looks like they’re trying a different approach now. I didn’t pick up and there was no voicemail left either. I’m also based somewhere that’s already on their list.

No idea who that was, nobody said a word when I answered so I just said bye and ended the call. Probably nothing, but better safe than sorry.
