Got a call from someone claiming they were with B.T., but when I asked for their details, they just wouldn’t give any. They said they wanted to check my broadband route, even though I don’t use B.T. and haven’t had any issues. The whole thing felt off, sounded like a call centre maybe overseas, probably Pakistan. When I started asking too many questions, they just hung up on me.
