Got a call from someone claiming to be from Carphone Warehouse in Colwyn Bay, but that shop doesn’t even exist there. They tried chatting about my contract but messed up my gender straight away. Plus, they couldn’t say what phone I have, who the provider was, or how long the contract ran for. Definitely smells like a scam to me, so watch out and don’t give them any info at all.

Got a call claiming it was ee offering an early upgrade. They asked for my email and wanted me to confirm my account number and stuff. Feels like a total scam to me.
