Just got a call from someone named Ryan about my Amazon Prime subscription. He asked if I wanted to either renew it for £79.99 or cancel and get a refund. Pretty sure he was fishing for my bank details next. I told him I don’t even have Prime, so there’s nothing to renew or cancel. Asked him for proof, but he couldn’t give any. He said the call was being recorded for security, so I told him to make sure his security team hears this is a scam. Then Ryan just ended the call.
