Received a call the other day with a robotic voice alleging that there were suspicious transactions on my bank account. It sounded quite alarming! The number appeared to be local, which made it even more unsettling. Definitely a dodgy call that one should avoid.

I found it quite difficult to follow this lady's English during our conversation. She mentioned something about the internet acting up, and after having to ask her to repeat herself several times, I decided to terminate the call as it was sounding rather dodgy. From what I could gather, it seemed to involve a mix of Virgin and BT?
