They just keep ringing and then hanging up straight away.

Got a call from these con artists who try to sound all clever by asking you to check your event viewer. Then they start claiming your internet’s been rubbish, when it’s really fine. After that, they try to steer the chat towards your online banking and private info, which you should never share. Best thing to do if you’re not sure is ring your broadband company back from a different phone number, just so they can’t scam you on the same line.
