He never really said where he was ringing from, and as soon as I mentioned the crash didn't involve me, he just ended the call.

I think the guy mentioned something like Richmond Nightly Legal Services or something similar. He told me I’d been in a car crash, which totally caught me off guard. When I told him I hadn’t been in any accident, he sounded annoyed and just hung up on me. If you ring that number back, apparently you can take yourself off their call list.
