Tried giving them a bell, right? The phone rang and someone picked up, but instead of chatting, I was treated to some hold music. It felt like we were on the cusp of a proper connection, then back to the hold music it was, only to be abruptly cut off! I gave it another go, but honestly, what a faff. I’ve decided to give it a miss now, can't be bothered!
