Got a call about pensions, right? The caller got all rude and started shouting, then just ended the call on me! Proper nasty behaviour.

I got a call from a lady who was really rude and swore loads. When I asked her what was going on, she just told me to go away in a very nasty way and then suddenly cut the call. Pretty shocking behaviour.
