Someone phoned me claiming to be from BT about my broadband speed, which I’d already checked myself using BT’s own online tool. When they asked if I had a laptop and I said “no,” they hung up straight away. Real BT engineers definitely wouldn't do that. After that, my phone rang two more times from different numbers, one of which was this number. I let it go to voicemail but no message was left - BT would always leave a message, wouldn’t they? Feels like a scam to me.
