Picked up the phone but no one spoke, so I just blocked the number.

Had a phone call from this number, a woman said her name was Julie Ashton or maybe Julie Austin, I’ve seen those names pop up on here before. She was asking about my loft insulation, saying I might qualify for a replacement, but said she’d have to check with her manager about setting up a time. I told her my insulation was fine, no need for any checks, and managed to hang up before any of that dodgy stuff could carry on.

Got two calls from them and got fed up, so I just ended up blocking the number.

Got a call from 01490720270 on the 15th Aug around 5pm and again on the 19th Aug just before 6pm. We're registered with TPS and always have a recorded message telling callers about that. I found the number using 1471. They didn't leave any voicemail either. Strange since we don’t know anyone from Wales.

I rang back and got an answering machine with a woman speaking in an American accent. She said I could opt out by giving my name and postcode but didn’t say which company or what I was opting out of. Plus, the voicemail was full so I couldn’t leave any message anyway. Quite frustrating!

Every time I answered, they just hung up on me. They rang a couple of times too but hung up right away each time.

I saw a missed call so I rang back, but ended up straight to voicemail. It said I could opt out within 72 hours or something. Honestly, no clue who it was.

I picked up the phone and just as I did, the line went dead. When I rang the number back, an automated message with an American accent played, saying something about opting out? Sounds like a typical spam call to me.
