I got a phone call from a woman telling me someone bought something on Amazon for £399 and asked if I wanted to cancel it. She only knew my phone number, didn’t have my name or anything else. Then she started talking about giving me a refund, which made me suspicious, so I just hung up. My son actually has the Amazon account, not me, and the whole thing felt off from the start.
