Received a message from 02393233128 claiming to be from 'Vodafone', offering us an upgrade and a lower monthly fee, while encouraging us to return their call on 01489886609. Since we'd just upgraded earlier this week, we suspected it wasn't a genuine Vodafone contact. Curious about the supposedly reduced tariff, we called back but as soon as we mentioned we were looking to upgrade to an iPhone, they abruptly cut us off, claiming they couldn't assist us. Thankfully, we managed to sort out our iPhone upgrade directly through actual Vodafone. It seems some dodgy sales folks are getting hold of Vodafone’s information!
