It appears they don’t quite comprehend that phone numbers can change when people move house. Frankly, we’ve no knowledge of a Mrs Stafford ever residing at our address. Even more frustrating is their refusal to disclose the address they’re trying to reach while seemingly trying to pry mine out of me.
