That number really belongs to CSG, who I deal with, and just a few months back I actually got a proper call from them, like the one on 16/03/18 (check the comments), about emptying my cesspit. But they'd never do a silent call like the one I got this morning from the same number or just drop the call - so I reckon most of these are scammers pretending to be CSG to cover their tracks and make you think it’s legit.
