Got a automated message saying I was with BT and my internet might get cut off because of some suspicious stuff. Problem is, BT isn’t even my phone or internet company!

I received a call from an automated system claiming to be BT, warning me that my internet connection would be cut off due to some dubious activity. The peculiar thing is that I don't even have BT as my internet or phone provider! They rang me from the number 01483 614618. Quite the dodgy situation, if you ask me!
