Claimed to be from Safestyle UK, the window company. Quite frankly, they were incredibly rude after we mentioned that debating over the phone about a supposed quote for a door (which we never actually received) dating back to March 2009 was pointless. The woman on the other end started laughing at us! We ended up hanging up the call in frustration.
