Got a call this afternoon around 12:15 from some vague “bank” claiming a £600 purchase was made with my card abroad just moments earlier. The automated voice told me to press 1 if I wanted to stop the payment. Total rubbish, obviously. I just ended the call and blocked the number straight away.
